As you know, we at Page Design like to share with you information about some of the interesting companies we have the pleasure of working with. But sometimes, the personal lives of clients are just as interesting…

Take for example Stevan Allen, owner and principle of Allen Strategic, a Public Relations firm located in Sacramento CA. During the eight years that we have been working with Stevan, we never knew that he was an author AND a freelance reporter whose dispatches from East Germany appeared in major newspapers throughout the United States and earned him a nomination as a 1990 Livingston Award finalist for foreign reporting.

Then, about six months ago, he came to us for help with his book cover design. His book is entitled Roaming Ghostland: The Final Days of East Germany. The book jacket states "Roaming Ghostland is about a defining moment both in modern European history and in the life of an idealistic young journalist who abandons everything to chase his dream as a freelance foreign correspondent covering the demise of East Germany after the Berlin Wall crashes down."
