What Is That Logo About?

The “Page Boy” as the studio lovingly calls him, has a lot of history behind him. He is based off a sketch Paul drew while in college of his uncle Raymond who was a newsie in the 1930s.

Paul saw the iconic image of a newsie as a symbol of the ultimate hustler, shouting from the street corner selling a product, and he realized that the job of a designer/marketer was essentially the same – put the client's message down on paper (or on the Web, television, billboard…) and make it be heard above all of the other noise. Uncle Ray passed away recently, but his spirit lives on in every project we create.
