About Page Design Group —

The year was 1980 and Paul Page had a vision. After four years of working with several other design firms in Northern California that were run by managers, accountants and sales people, Paul envisioned a creative firm run solely by creative people – a firm where clients and designers could communicate directly and effectively toward a common goal. A studio run by creatives? With no managers? It was a scary concept, but a challenge Paul was destined to take on.

The Past

In May of 1980 his experiment began. Paul became owner, manager, sales person, job planner, print supervisor and designer of Page Design. He slowly gathered a staff of designers, each schooled in all aspects of graphic design and each with their own unique talents. Clients saw the advantage of working directly with designers and the company grew.

Today

Nearly 30 years and hundreds of happy clients later, Page Design Group is the realization of Paul's dream. We are a creative collaborative that includes graphic designers, illustrators, copywriters, photographers, videographers, Web developers and brand experts working together towards a common goal…brand success. The studio currently employees ten designers, two interns and one office manager. Clients deal directly with the creative source. Each member of the staff becomes familiar with all aspects of their projects. This formula has led to optimum creative solutions and excellent working relationships. Some of our customers have been utilizing our talents for more than two decades. Still others, like you are just learing about this "new concept" in graphic design and marketing.

The Future

It is Page Design's goal to be a source of creative graphic design and marketing solutions well into the future. With this in mind Paul recently facilitated a partnership with two of Page Design's most talented and experienced members, Tracy Titus and Eric Grotenhuis. This partnership ensures that the quality services for which Page Design is known will continue to be available to the community indefinitely.

Tracy and Eric are as intent as Paul on keeping Page Design a studio run by creative people. Eric's focus is keeping Page Design on the cutting edge of technology and industry advances, while Tracy's focus is on client services and project management. Paul continues to be involved with virtually all of the projects as overall creative director.
